College students moving in and out of dorms often face frustrating logistical challenges—unclear pickup schedules, manual coordination through text and email, and no way to track their items in real time. On the business side, operators rely heavily on spreadsheets and customer service calls to manage bookings, updates, and payments. There’s no centralized system, which leads to missed pickups, delayed returns, and a poor experience for both students and staff.
We’re designing a custom iOS mobile app backed by a modern cloud infrastructure that puts everything in one place—real-time service tracking, self-serve scheduling, payment processing, and notifications. For staff, a powerful admin dashboard will streamline daily operations. The platform also includes an optional campus marketplace for students to list and claim leftover items—starting as a peer-to-peer exchange, with future plans for in-app payments. It’s everything today’s students expect from a tech-forward service, built to scale with the company’s growing demand.
