Fluent’s original HubSpot-powered site was plagued by login failures, broken confirmation emails, buggy discount logic, and unreliable membership features—resulting in lost revenue, poor user experience, and mounting support requests. Their editorial team was also burdened by rigid workflows and limited control over content publishing and event management.
We led a full migration from HubSpot to Sanity CMS, eliminating costly subscription overhead and enabling complete content flexibility. Our team resolved key authentication and email delivery issues, implemented secure and dynamic member session handling, and redesigned the user experience across core pages. We also enabled customizable editorial workflows, member-driven ticketing, and discount logic—all managed directly from the CMS. The result: a faster, leaner, and more scalable digital platform that supports Fluent’s creative vision and business growth.
