As MightyMeals grew beyond its original three-state footprint, it faced a new set of challenges: fragmented operations, limited infrastructure, and a need for scalable systems that could support national expansion. Customer support was inconsistent, ambassador programs were informal, and partnership strategy lacked central coordination—blocking further growth.
Angela led the charge—building internal infrastructure across support, CRM, sales, partnerships, and events. She led overseas teams to ensure global execution, launched scalable support pipelines, and designed affiliate programs that now run in 27+ states. She also secured and operationalized government contracts, developed new business verticals, and oversaw tech adoption to streamline cross-functional collaboration. These efforts directly contributed to multimillion-dollar revenue growth and helped position MightyMeals for national scale.
